Neale Daniel is the programme lead for Students at the Heart of Knowledge Exchange (SHoKE) an innovative student KE initiative at ARU. A lifelong KE professional, with over 25-years managing industrial Research & Development projects for cutting edge Electronics & Software products followed by 6 years managing a new gateway to industrial research for the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sheffield. After this he took a 5-year career break to travel the world before joining ARU in 2020 to manage Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP).
