I am currently Research Strategy and Development Manager at the University of Warwick, providing strategic research development support for the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Medicine. I work with senior colleagues in the Faculty and in Research and Impact Services on key strategic activities including major funding applications, external partnerships, and capacity-building amongst the academic community.
I am also interested in higher education policy and particularly in issues of equality, diversity and inclusion within the sector. I started my career in corporate partnerships and knowledge exchange and I worked at the Universities of Coventry, De Montfort, Nottingham and Surrey before moving to Warwick in 2021.
